iPhoneYou can't completely get rid of it. A way to disable them is to turn on Reduce Motion, which reduces motion effects throughout iOS such as dynamic wallpapers and app launch animations. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion. Instead of seeing the effects, the message will simply say something like "sent with slam". Some people prefer to have this enabled because the phone may feel faster (it's not actually faster) without added animations. If you do not wish to disable motion throughout iOS, you can politely ask your contacts not to send you any iMessage effects.
