Q: apple id disabled only in app store

Apple ID disabled only in app store, cannot install any app. Tried to reset whole iphone 5s and reset password on https://appleid.apple.com/ nothing helped.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. 

    I see that your Apple ID is disabled only in the App Store. You have tried to reset the Apple ID on the Apple ID website, but you are still getting a message that the Apple ID is disabled when trying to install apps. I can imagine that you are ready to get this issue resolved so you can install apps on your iPhone. 

    If you are getting a message that the Apple ID is disabled, and you have already tried to reset it on the Apple ID website, the next best step is to have Account Security take a closer look at your account. You can get in touch with Apple ID Account Security here:

    I got it working eventually again after support call.

     

    But it could be much easier, it could be another function on https://appleid.apple.com/
