    To assist you, we would need to understand better what exactly do you want to accomplish and what software versions you are using.

     

    In general, iBooks files, including PDFs are stored in your iCloud Drive. To disable all, go to Settings/Preferences and uncheck iBooks from the list of apps that can store, or be synced, in iCloud.
