Q: iPhone 6  cell signal ios 10 issues

I upgraded my iPhone 6+ to iOS 10, and today, out of no where, it started giving me cellular service issues.  I tried rebooting (pressing power button, slide to off), a hard reboot (pressing power button and home screen together until it turned off), resetting my network settings, and now I am restoring to iOS 9.x.

I'm not sure why, but I'd love to know if anyone else has this issue, or if there is a solution so I can utilize all of iOS 10.x.

Thanks

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.0.2

I have this issue also. I have iphone 6. Monday (9.26) I downloaded the ios 10 software update and decided to postpone installation until the next day. I was on my way to work when my service went from full bars and LTE to "Searching." I tried all the usual things to reset it and restart it, etc., to no avail. I then spent an hour on the phone with my cell provider and they checked everything possible and it was not their issue. As my last resort I called Apple and they didn't say anything to me about this being an issue of theirs or anything about it being a side effect of ios 10 - Websites all over the world disagree and it is the only thing that makes sense. Obviously I decided to try to install the downloaded software via wifi at a local coffee shop to see if installing it would correct the issue and, tada, after download was installed it started working again like normal.... until today (only a few hours of peace, go figure).

NOW today, Wednesday (9.29), it has decided to do it AGAIN.. "Searching" and nothing works to correct it. Obviously it's a software issue. I have 6 kids and my husband and I rely on our cell phones to keep in touch with each other, the kids, coordinate our schedules, basically everything, and we can't do that anymore because Apple won't admit there's a problem and fix it. Right now, me, my husband, my daughter and my son are iphone users and my others will be as they get older... well, they'll use SOMETHING - maybe not apple at this point...

If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears. We are all due for an upgrade so if I can't get my expensive iphone working soon (to go with my expensive cell plan and apple subscriptions) then I will be forced to look for something reliable for my family. Hoping to hear something soon!!
