What happens if you try adding the Mal Account in the Preferences for the Mail app (Mail>Preferences>Account) and not Mail>Accounts
Who is the mail provider (what is after the @ sing?
Do you already have an account with the same provider?

mail provider is called "UOL" a brazilian provider
Yes I still have the account and can access from my Iphone 6 and from UOL webmail but can not include again at the MacBookPro

DesktopsMail > Window > Connection Doctor
...will show you ALL the Senders and all the Receivers you have active. Sometimes one or the other stays when its partner is deleted. Clicking on the red or green light will take you directly for the settings for that server.

Select it.
Activate Mail for that account.

I am trying to check if it can be related with my icloud account simply cause the e-mail address is the same.

Yes, that seems to be exactly the problem.
You may be able to get around it. Your ISP probably lets you create one or two aliases. If you use the alias as the e-mail address, then enter the appropriate details it should work.
