Q: Can't make calls after upgrading to 10.0.2

I have an Iphone 5 with Verizon.  It worked this morning fine on my way to work.  At work, I got a message about upgrading to 10.0.2, so I did.  Since then, I get 0 bars and cannot make any phone calls.  I can receive texts and get data through LTE.  My wife has an Iphone 5 as well, but did not upgrade.  Her phone still works fine.  I tried rebooting the phone several times, and I still have 0 bars.  The signal has been as high as -78dB.

How do I roll back the OS so I can use my phone?

iPhone 5, iOS 10.0.2, null

Hello rfwhalen, you can try powering off your iphone5, then power up again. This should get your iphone's antenna to go through a power cycle and pick up the Verizon cell tower signals.

If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your iPhone5 (keep pressing the power button and home button until the Apple logo appears, then release buttons).

Note: I have upgraded my iPhone5 (T-Mobile prepaid) to 10.0.2 just now, and it can receive & make phone calls after the upgrade.

I tried the normal power cycle and the reset and neither worked.  Trying to upgrade to the beta 10.1 now.  It failed the update the first time.  Hope it works the second time.  If that doesn't work, I'll try restoring the whole thing.
