Q: Cant locate Airplay Icon in Mac Pro to connect to Apple tv.

Hi, I have this problem with my Mac Pro 2011. I cant find the Air Play Icon to connect to my Apple TV. I had used it before but after a while of not using it, I cant seem to locate it no longer. I had tried the instruction doin the "FireWall Option" but still nothing happened. I hope to restore it back the soonest before vacation is done and I wont be able to enjoy my apple tv. Thanks and have a great one folks

Use AirPlay to display video from your Mac on an HDTV - Apple Support
of the Mac Pros, only the 2013 Mac Pro will airplay video (mirror) to an Apple TV.
It can Airplay iTunes audio though

There are apps that allow AirPlay video from older Macs
