Q: iOS 10, what happened to 'define'?

After installing iOS 10 I attempted to use the pop-up 'define' option when highlighting a word, something I have used to advantage for a long while. It appears that this option is now called 'look up' which yields search in Apple Store, iTunes etc - but with no dictionary search. How do I get this functionality back? Updates to operating system should increase functionality, not decrease it in favour of being redirected to commercial links.

Please help. I use this as quick easy translation/definition - is there a setting I am not seeing?

Thanks

When I tap and hold down on functionality in your post, and then select Look up, I see this. The very first entry is a dictionary entry. Tap the arrow to the right of the the entry and it looks like every dictionary entry that I have ever seen.

Yes this is correct - in this context. Yet when I use it to translate/define a word in Spanish or French, with dictionaries installed, its functionality is more limited. I'll keep trying.
