    Hi

You had a similar issue yesterday with Messenger by Facebook, which I was able to help you resolve here:

I can not read my messages in apple watch.

If, when addressing that issue, you did not need to move on to the second set of suggested steps, try them now. Try to open the Skype app on your watch after each:

Next try these steps, trying to open the Skype app on your watch after each:

    • Place your Apple Watch on its charger, connected to power - and also connect your iPhone to power.
    • On your iPhone: open the Music app and start playing any song (through your iPhone speakers is fine).
    • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > scroll down and tap on Skype > turn off the setting for Show App on Apple Watch > pause for a few moments > turn it back on.

If that does not resolve the issue, next try unpairing and re-pairing your watch:

Next try resetting and restoring both devices:

    • Unpair your watch from your iPhone using the Watch app (which automatically takes a backup of your watch):
      • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > tap on the name of your watch (at the top) > tap the "i" next to your watch > Unpair Apple Watch.
    • Backup your iPhone:
      • via iCloud (encrypted as standard), or;
      • via iTunes on a computer - IMPORTANT: choose to "Encrypt iPhone backup", so that the backup includes sensitive data including Health and Activity data, saved passwords and Wi-Fi settings.
    • Erase all content and settings on your iPhone:
      • iPhone: Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
    • Restore iPhone from backup:
    • Pair your watch again, choosing to Restore from Backup during set up.
      • If the issue persists, try instead unpairing your watch and setting it up as a new watch.

    Hello,

I am having a problem with Skype on my Apple Watch where I can run the App and view/reply to new incoming chats however can't see my Favorites from the Skype iPhone App. I get a message on my Apple Watch to creat Favorites using Skype on the iPhone.  I have tried deleting and recreating Favorites on the iPhone but it is still not working.  Also, this was an issue with iOS 9.3 and watchOS 2 but also having the exact same issue with iOS 10 and watchOS 3.
