The following website has iPhone information: http://www.apple.com/iphone/

If that isn't the type of information you wanted, reply with more details.

iTunes can be used to move photos from a computer to the iPhone but not in the other direction. I suspect that the iPhone icon you are referring to is the one shown in the screenshot below (from Locate and view your connected device in iTunes - Apple Support )

In addition to the excellent information provided by FoxFifth, here is a link to the iPhone User Guide, which can provide you with more reading materials about operation of the phone. http://help.apple.com/iphone/10/

Thank you for your help. I'll go to the websites you mentioned and work on it tomorrow. I remember plugging my phone into the computer and windows pictures asked me if I wanted to transfer all the pictures or just certain ones and not the repetitive oneS

You're welcome. Actually, moving photos from the iPhone to the computer does not have to do with iTunes. The dialog box that you saw on the Windows computer is actually AutoPlay. If that dialog box is not appearing when you plug the phone in, it can be for a couple of reasons. One is there are changes to AutoPlay and how it handles things when the iPhone is plugged into the computer. That can be adjusted on the computer by going to Control Panel and AutoPlay and setting that to Ask Every Time. That will force the computer to prompt you to make a choice of what to do when you plug the phone in. The AutoPlay dialog box will not appear if there are no photos in the Camera Roll, or if the ones that are there have already been imported to the computer.
