I did a system reinstall and transferred my Photos library to an external hard drive. I've now put it back in the Pictures folder and it opens fine in Photos.
The trouble is when I ask it to sync using iCloud. It want to upload the whole library, even though all those images already exist in the cloud.
Is there a way to tell it that these are already there and it should just match the up?
