Since this is a publicly accessible website, please omit or obscure any information you might consider personal.
The only way to avoid is to hit the proxy button on a search engine.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by that.

Sep 30, 2016 7:07 PM in response to John Galtby marsha valentine,Is there a way we could email each other? I would prefer to not post the report publicly if it contains possible personal info. It's a very long detailed report and I cannot find where there might be personal info.
The proxy I was talking about is on the search engine StartPage. Next to all the links is this "proxy" link. If you click on it, it loads the page anonymously whereas the page cannot track you or leave cookies, etc.
Thank you.

Sep 30, 2016 7:38 PM in response to marsha valentineby John Galt,This site doesn't offer that ability. If you want to post a screenshot, please read the Appendix in Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question. It also includes instructions for editing that screenshot, if needed.
If Safari is crashing, please read If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues - Apple Support. You can also post the crash report after examining it for anything you don't want posted. It may or may not reveal anything helpful anyway.
If you can't find any obvious personal information in the crash report, it's not likely anyone else will be able to either. Crash reports don't usually contain any personal information, but it's up to you to determine what's personal and what isn't. Information such as your "Anonymous UUID" isn't useful to anyone.
A site Host could also delete your report after posting, if you change your mind.
Is https://www.startpage.com/ what you want to use? Using the "proxy" link will allegedly load the page through a proxy server, but it's slow, sometimes very slow, or the page won't load at all.

Sep 30, 2016 8:47 PM in response to John Galtby marsha valentine,If it wasn't for StartPage, I wouldn't be able to view many pages. I have to copy the link, search for it on Startpage and then open it with the proxy link. It's the only way I can get around this error message. I really don't know what to do, and I'm not finding any real fixes online. I've checked various suggestions for settings but it stays the same, error constantly comes up.
Safari doesn't crash. Just won't load lots of pages. Also when I'm on FB, when I try to scroll down my newsfeed, it will bump me out, start reloading. To relieve that, I have to tell my newsfeed to look for Recent posts, then I can scroll again. Computer all works fine, I am a bit low on disk space. Could that have anything to do with it? Keep getting the startup disk is full prompt all the time, too.

It depends what a bit low is, but in your case the answer is yes... because:
Keep getting the startup disk is full prompt all the time, too.
This one?
When you encounter that dialog, you need to do something about it.
Please read and follow Apple's instructions here: OS X Mavericks: Increase disk space.
If you fail to act upon it, OS X will intervene with increasingly desperate attempts to increase space, until it can do no more. That results in the following:
If you still fail to act upon it, you might not be able to start your Mac normally, and that would be bad.
If you find yourself unable to reclaim sufficient disk space, the problem could be caused by something else, so please write back if you find yourself in that situation. The solution will require using Activity Monitor to obtain more information about what may be causing available space to be reduced abnormally fast. Read about Activity Monitor here: Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support.
