Q: Restoring from iCloud Backup. From 6Plus to 6s
Having just bought an iphone 6 Plus the seller assited in operating the device. I realised that my purchase was meant to be an iphone 6s and had it exchanged the following day. The seller transfered the information to the new device, the 6s and after having charged it, some hours later, some default and downloaded apps will not open. Instead some icons are shaded and others display the words "loading..." or "waiting...". In the mean time i logged in to my apple ID account to change the password on the now new exchanged device, the (6s). However, i can still see the previous 6 Plus in my account. I did not remove it. Also upon pressing the button to bring the screen up, it reads: Restoring from iCloud Backup.
Is this process normal? will they finally load or is there some kind of a mistake in the process. what should i do. I cannot open facebook or firefox and several other standard apps.
Thank you for any reassuring advice in advance.
