Q: Photos don`t uploading to icloud photo library

Hello,

Before every time when i take picture with my iphone 6 pictures automaticly uploads to icloud photo library. But know it is dont working. I have on my icloud 43 gb free space. It says me uploading 209 photos but nothing happens.

Below you can see the screen shot of my issue.

Please help me solve this problem.

Phone - Iphone 6

IOS - 10.0.2

This dialog shows that your phone is in the process of uploading photos.

Does this number not change? How long have you been at that number? What is the speed of your wifi for uploads? Did you just enable the optimize feature? Are any of these items videos?

NO, this number dont change. And it long 2-3 week. I try with different wifi. It is not related with speed of internet.
NO, all items are photos. when i enter to photos on top must be icon like a uploading. But now nothing. Yes. Now uploads enable. But photos dont uploading.

Then it seems you have no option but to either toggle the photo library off and on or restart the phone to see if the upload will restart.

Home button + sleep/wake button for 5-10 seconds until the phone restarts.

I did all your suggestions, nothing happens. I thing have problem with my icloud account. I checked all phone. How else i can solve this problem?

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?

Yesterday i did it. All uploaded photos removed from phone. But on icloud still have. Again the same problem, new photos don`t uploading to icloud.
