They have all seemed to have been resolved for me by disabling icloud music library on my ios devices , turning off apple music in the music settings , then re-enabling it all and starting afresh. Don't worry all playlists and albums etc will be there still when you re-enable icloud library.
It will unfortunately remove your offline music that is already downloaded so you would have to download it again but hopefully it will help fix your problem
