Q: unable to delete apps

I have an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 10. For some reason, when I hold down my finger on an app, I get a context menu. For example, when I hold down my finger on the Facebook app, I get menu options like "Share Facebook," "Go Live," and "Write Post."

In the past, however, when I held my finger down on an app, all the apps would start to shake and I could move or delete apps. Right now, I cannot move or delete apps because I am getting the context menu instead of the "shaking apps."

How do I move or delete apps in iOS 10?

UPDATE: My wife also just got her iPhone 7. However, she is not having the same issue. When she holds down her finger on an app, she gets the "shaking apps" and the option to move or delete apps.

I must have changed some setting during the setup process... Any ideas?

I called Apple Support and they explained the issue to me. Apparently, the iPhone 7 has "3D Touch" or "Force Touch." If I just touch the app, it opens. If I lightly hold my finger down on the app, I can move or delete the app. If I hold down hard on the app, I get the context menu.

Just lay your finger on it. Don't push hard. After 2 sec the x will appear
