Hi aartfromdriebergen,
I understand that, as soon as you connect your MacBook Pro to your dock, Siri ceases to be able to hear you. In this case, it sounds as though your input device may be changing (in System Preferences > Sound > Input or in System Preferences > Siri) when connecting to your dock.
In order to check, connect to your dock and check to see what device is selected by opening the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Sound, then click Input.
macOS Sierra: Adjust your computer’s sound input settings
Cheers!

If you see an entry other than the built-in microphone, you can set Siri to only listen through one input device. Again, in System Preferences click Siri, then change Mic Input from Automatic to Internal Microphone. This will keep Siri listening over the built-in microphone if your dock is providing an input that's automatically switching your input device in System Preferences. If Siri appears not to hear you speak, check your microphone selection in Siri preferences.
