Q: i bought a used i phone

I bought a new iPhone last month it asks the old user's icloud id and password to activate my iPhone.I don't know it. The person who sold me the phone is not alive. Please anyone help me to overcome this problem

    Only the person who initiated the Activation Lock can remove it.

    Apple will not intervene in 2cd hand sales. Perhaps a family member

    of the seller can assist with the required information. Until the

    Activation Lock is removed, the iPhone will remain useless.

    You have already posted the same question twice, and it has been answered. Double posting will not get you the answer you want.

     

    Your phone CANNOT be activated. You bought a brick. Return it to whomever sold it to you for a refund.

     

    End of story.
