Q: iOS 10 problems
Since the late September system upgrade my 6 plus screen has become almost exclusively unresponsive. A sync helped for a couple days but now I cannot even enter my passcode after a hard reboot. The device is essentially useless since the upgrade and I'm not sure what to do.
I've tried hard reboots. The device charges. The anomaly exists plugged in or not. Perhaps in a day or so it will allow me "in" by letting me enter my passcode.
I get a flashing white streak of varying size across the top of the screen while "on". And no, the device wasn't dropped and it worked flawlessly before the upgrade. BTW I am not sure which "10" number the upgrade is because I can't get that far.
I do have a protective cover for the screen, but that was never an issue before.
Needless to say this is very aggravating.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Take the phone to an Apple Store or authorized service provider for evaluation. You could have a hardware problem.
