Oct 1, 2016 8:00 AM in response to roma1625by zinacef,What kind of "rebooting" you did? Was it this -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support? If you did that and it didn't work, try toggling iCloud Drive on/off (Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive). If that doesn't work, try signing out of your iCloud account and sign back in.

Oct 1, 2016 9:03 AM in response to zinacefby roma1625,Yes, I turned the phone completely off, then on again. I've done it a few times.
When i go to Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive, that's where it says "upgrading." It won't let me press iCloud Drive to go to the next screen, so I can;t turn it off.
When I press Sign Out, it only gives me the choice of deleting my account or canceling. I don't want to delete my account.
