Q: "MAYDAY" 10.0.2 update incapacitated my phone.

Last night as soon as I updated my iphone6s (Model: MKQX2LL/A) OS to 10.0.2 I started getting 'No Service' message for the cell phone provider. Called Turkcell (in Turkey) and was told that in their part there was no problem. I tried everything including going back to factory settings and temporarily taking out the SIM card but nothing worked. On my cell phone every app is working but the phone!
Help will be appreciated,

    I have the exact same issue. I was told by my network provider that there is nothing that can be done. I can either send my phone back under warranty for a refurbished iphone6 or upgrade my phone.  Pretty sad in my opinion considering I had zero issues prior to the 10.0.2 update.
