After updating your password, did you log back into Apple Music/iTunes? When updating your password, it may log out of some logged in devices. Sign in to the iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV - Apple Support
If you're logged in, try authorizing the PC again. This is done by clicking Account > Authorizations > Authorize this Computer. More details here: Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support
