Try entering one of the following in an elevated command prompt where the path to your version of WebKit.dll indicates which you should choose:

    SET PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

    SET PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

The first of the two options should be the correct one unless you're using the "for older video cards" release, or you need to edit the paths for non-English system language. Triple-click anywhere in the line to select all of it and press Ctrl+C to copy. Then right-click on the shortcut in your start menu for the Command Prompt and use Run as administrator. Click the small black icon at the top left of the window to paste in the copied command, edit for regional differences if necessary, and press enter.

In my case I'd been getting a WebKit.dll related crash when I used the iTunes Store. Weirdly once I got mine working I was able to reset my path and visiting the store no longer causes iTunes to crash.

Which version of iTunes do you have installed? Specifically have you installed something called "iTunes for Windows (for older video cards)"? If not (which is most people) and your system language is English, then the command you want to copy is:

    SET PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

What this is going to do is ask Windows for the current value of the PATH system variable, add the folder where WebKit.dll is stored to that, and then save the whole thing back to the PATH variable so WebKit.dll can be called automatically by iTunes.

    1. The way to copy the string is to click three times on the line of bold text above in quick succession which selects all of that line. Then press Ctrl+C to copy it into the system copy buffer.

    2. The next step is to click your start menu and find the Command Prompt which should be in Accessories. Right click on it and use the option Run as administrator.

    3. Click the small black icon at the top left of the Command Prompt window, move down to the word Edit and then click on Paste. Press Enter/Return on your keyboard to issue the command.

Now try launching iTunes and accessing the iTunes store.

Try the steps in the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
