Q: icloud server has bug,

I signed out from my icloud account in phone setting and reset phone(erase all content), but after reset phone is asking for another apple id , my apple id is "morteza.elahiii@gmail.com" , the phone is asking for y********@yahoo.com, Its not my apple id and I do not know who is the owner, please check the server and you will see my account history

please solve my problem , my phone is stuck at activation page and I can not use it

    We are fellow users on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, nobody on here can 'check the server' - and you shouldn't post your email address on here (or any other public forum), unless you like spam email

     

    If you were the original purchaser of the phone (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the phone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
