Q: Update carrier settings

My wife uses an iPhone 5 on Straight Talk. It was previously on the Verizon network, until I activated it on Straight Talk, using one of their SIMs. It's been working fine for about 8 months. All of sudden, it won't use cellular data, so it's pretty much useless, unless she's on Wi-Fi. Any suggestions?
