If you don't want to get charged again in one month then cancel the subscription.

They charge you 3 months after you sign up ( unless you cancel ).
The invoice you got is probably just warning you of that. : - ).

Maybe I'd better cancel - its a very unsatisfactory situation when you can't find anyone to contact and sort out the situation
