Q: Why isn't my iTunes password working?
I recently purchased an iphone 6s, and in my attempts to update everything via the Cloud, I had to update my password (bc I forgot it). When I try to login into my itunes on my computer, the new password won't work, and it keeps asking me to reset. Again, I know this is the correct password (bc it works everywhere else), yet it's not going through. I reset the itunes cache as well, to no avail. I also software upgraded itunes, just in case that would work (it didnt). Anyone have this happen to them, or know how to fix?
