Q: iOS 10 update - how do I text non-iphones now?
Upgraded to iOS 10 on Sunday and was able to send texts to droid users with no problems that night. Woke up the next day and now my messages only go through to iphone users - can't text any other users. My phone backs up to the cloud overnight so not sure if something changed then? I keep getting the red circle not delivered icon. I've toggled imessage on and off and rebooted and it doesn't help. Used to be able to send message from MacBook, phone, and ipad but now none work. Also tried disabling wifi and that didn't help either. Can't find anything useful on support sites or blogs. Any other suggestions?
iPhone 6, iOS 10

Had the same issue. Go to Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Options, then toggle Enable LTE to the "off" position. Should fix the issue, I think the update just reset a few things it probably shouldn't have.
