Q: Salary column to come up as $ not time?

Am trying to get this to work but can't. please help. Need to get the Salary column to come up as $ instead of time. Every time it multiplies by 12, it ends up multiplying it by time and not by $12. So i'll get 48 h 0m instead of $48. There are some pics of what I'm trying to accomplish. There's a pic of what's happening and another pic of my formula before entering the time in time out and getting the duration product under salary. Please Help.     HI e'

     

    You are multiplying a duration by a number. The result is a duration. Which makes sense—If you do 15 minutes (duration) of exercise each day for five days (number) you will have done 1.25 hours (duration) of exercise.

     

    For a numerical result, you need to multiply a number (of hours) by a number of $ per hour. Your friend here is DUR2HOURS, which converts a duration into a number representing the number of hours:
