Oct 3, 2016 3:25 PM in response to NatoKitoby RobBarFer,Yes, there is a way, but you have to move your patches individually. However, this method will put you custom patch in the "Legacy" folder when browsing with Logic.
Steps:
1. Locate these folders in your hard drive (doesn't matter if it is HDD or SSD, the paths are the same):
/Users/(your username)/Music/Audio Music Apps/Channel Strip Settings/Instrument/ (this is where the custom instruments are stored)
/Library/Application Support/Logic/Channel Strip Settings/Instrument/ (this is where the legacy and other instruments are stored)
2. Choose the custom instrument you want to move from "/Users/(your username/Music/Audio Music Apps/Channel Strip Settings/Instrument/" and move it to any of the folders stored in "/Library/Application Support/Logic/Channel Strip Settings/Instrument/"
An example:
I have an instrument named coolbass.cst in the first "Instrument" folder and I want to move it where the Synth Basses are stored.
