My iPhone 5s and iPad Air are both updated to the latest iOS 9.3.1. Both often shut down at the same time when idle. When they restart both have wifi and Bluetooth turned off and the screen set to minimum brightness. This has been going on for every update since at least 8.

I Don't sure but I think because batter, when I chagrin my iPhone very hot and battery rate not up, some time auto restart, or I restart batte rate come true, and when use iphone long times battery rate not down too, I hope apple will early update new iOS to repair it, I fell very worry

I am having the same issue and it appears Apple is not taking responsibility.  I told my children to NOT update the ipad and they did and now it is rendered useless as well.  Apple when are you going to take responsibility, I am now out a phone and ipad because of a garbage upgrade.  Your only suggestion is to pay for a repair that costs as much as buying new.  Is this the new way to get sales up?

Usually when the device gets to the stage that it is alternating between the apple logo and colored screens the only option is replacement.
