Sep 29, 2016 10:05 PM in response to Guest_9by sberman,Here is how to delete apps from your iPad:
Delete music, movies, apps, and other content from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
For example, I use a solitaire playing card app that does not interact with Game Center. It remembers how many games I've won and how many I've lost. It keeps this record on the iPad.

Oct 2, 2016 8:05 AM in response to sbermanby Guest_9,That guide doesn't help me at all, to explain it again, I have already deleted these apps, but when I redownloaded them later the data on these apps was not deleted.
Esample: delete app X, then redownload it and app X remembers all of its previous data from before.
