Q: Check the availability of my ID Apple

Dear Apple,

I had an Ipad and used email ******* to sign up ID Apple for this Ipad. Recently, after upgrading iOS, I was asked to log in to the ID Apple to continue using this iPad, but Apple announced that “This email address notification is not available for use as an Apple ID”. Can you help me to recheck the availability of this ID Apple? I am sure that I haven’t made any change since I signed up this ID.
