You do not identify the error, or what solutions steps you followed, and if the same error is noticed the second time. Try telling a little better story about what is going wrong and what you have done to try and correct it. You say you are restoring an iPhone 4S, what version number of iTunes are you using, and what computer OS?

And I still have an error appears while trying to do this
