Q: Can't reset security questions
I had my apple id since 07, and at that time purchases didnt require answering security questions. Ten years from that, I had forgotten my security question. I had 500 plus in the account, ready to make some purchases; however, they did not allow me to use the money. I tried to reset it online, and it states insufficient information. I called the customer services a couple of times, they asked me about the security questions over and over again. If i did remember the questions I wouldnt have to reset this. There's a reason I used my own email as my apple ID, so that they can send me emails to reset stuff, and the option was not provided. Now my money is stuck in there and i can't use it. I can't ask for a refund because its a gift.Please help
