Q: iTunes 12.5.1. Crashed
Last night I upgraded my iphone 5S 32 GB to iOS 10.0.1. It worked perfectly.
However this morning I connected it to my iTunes 12.1.2 (Windows 7 64-bit) but it iTunes couldn't read my iPhone. There was a writing in the box: "itunes could not connect to this iphone because an invalid response."
I read in this forum that to run a iOS 10 iPhone, I need to upgrade my iTunes to 12.5.1. I thought maybe this was my problem. Several advice in the net said that I should do this and that. But my best guess was it's a problem with me recently upgraded iOS. I connected my iPad and my wife's iphone (using previous iOS 9.xx) and iTunes can read those devices.
Maybe the problem was confirmed, I must upgrade iTunes to 12.5.1. So I did.
But now the iTunes 12.5.1. don't want to launch after installed. It crashed. Here's the details written in the box:
