Q: mac OS Sierra  update?

Hi
I have just updated to macOS Sierra and a glitch has occurred in iCloud mail that does not happen in the stand alone application Mail.
When scrolling in Safari using my wireless mouse, while viewing a post in iCloud mail the screen breaks up around the post?
Is this a common problem after updating to macOS Sierra?

    Not a common problem.

¿Does it happen in Safe Mode as well?

That indicates that the problem causing your graphics problem is a third party application or extension in your user account. The safe start disables all third party code. Try disabling all of the extension in Safari and see if that helps.

If it does, you can find out which one by going back an enabling them one at a time until you find the guilty one.

    Hi Alan

Went to Safari Preferences and extensions, turned off DuckDuckGo and AdBlock no difference to flickering?

    Hi Grant

Created a new user and then logged in to my iCloud account, but still flashing around the e-mail as I scroll down!

Went to my local apple shop in Cardiff, Wales UK. Over a week to speak to a technician about it, by booking an appointment.

So at the moment looking at the list, I wonder if those items shown as running e.g. com.adobe.agsservice.plist (2016-10-06) and com.hp.devicemonitor.plist (2012-05-26) and com.adobe.agsservice.plist (2016-10-06) could be the first thing to check out.

Can they be deleted safely and if so where are they located?

    Hi Grant

Found those folders as you directed and removed them to "trash folder" closed safari, reopened safari

tried an e-mail with images and it still flickered. I then moved the files back to their folders.

    Launch Agents:

        [not loaded]    com.adobe.AAM.Updater-1.0.plist (2015-09-14) [Support]

        [running]    com.hp.devicemonitor.plist (2012-05-26) [Support]

        [loaded]    com.hp.messagecenter.launcher.plist (2010-01-19) [Support]

    Launch Daemons:

        [loaded]    com.adobe.SwitchBoard.plist (2013-11-10) [Support]

        [running]    com.adobe.agsservice.plist (2016-10-06) [Support]

        [loaded]    com.adobe.fpsaud.plist (2016-08-30) [Support]

        [loaded]    com.microsoft.office.licensing.helper.plist (2010-08-25) [Support]

The files  left are I think these?

    Kernel Extensions:

            /Applications/Toast Titanium.app

        [not loaded]    com.roxio.BluRaySupport (1.1.6 - 2016-09-02) [Support]

        [not loaded]    com.roxio.TDIXController (2.0 - 2016-09-02) [Support]

            /System/Library/Extensions

        [not loaded]    com.tomtom.driver.UsbEthernetGadget (1.0.0d1 - 2016-10-05) [Support]

Do I remove these in the same way to trash as before?

Thank you again for your assistance.

You likely cannot actually remove those FOLDERS, as they are protected. Move the Files inside them to the Trash.

Add-ons will be evaluated and Loaded/not loaded only at STARTUP, so a restart will be required before it has any hope of making any difference

I've experienced something that might be related. I use a logitech mouse and when using the scroll wheel in Excel the wheel acts erratically. Jumps up and down when trying to scroll down. This happens with 2 different mice, so it is not the mice, and it is only noticeable in Excel so far. It started the minute that I updated to Sierra macOS.
