Q: bootcamp under macOS Sierra
Hi,
I am using bootcamp under macOS Sierra (on MacBook Air 2015) and had installed Windows 10.
I am not sure if I can ask in this group but I believe the problem is a bootcamp problem.
When I turn on the computer to start up Windows under bootcamp, it usually cannot go through the entire startup procedure with the following symptom:
the keyboard light would not turn on
the bootcamp icon is not responsive (the pop up list will not show if I click on it) - I cannot do anything to return to macOS
the computer can still run other programmes under Windows but just I cannot switch back to macOS when the above symptom appears - hence I believe it is related to the bootcamp rather than the Windows.
I need to re-start the Windows, sometimes for a few times before everything looks normal again. Sometimes I have to shut down totally and then turn on to get the start up to be normal.
Has anyone got the same experience? Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?
Thank you for your help.
