Q: Can't Remove Old ICloud Account
Hey guys,
A year ago or so I updated my apple ID as the old one was tied to an old email address that I didn't want to use. I updated the details and was able to change things like the apple store settings but was unable to change my iCloud settings.
When I updated to IOS 7, it wanted to use my old ID for ICloud so I skipped that step (there was no other option to change it)
I tried to remove the old ICloud account to create a new one but it asks for a password and I can't remember it. So...I went online and clicked "forgot passord" then it successfully emailed the reset instructions except it sent the instructions to some other email address that I don't use. It's all very frustrating. How do I delete the old ICloud?
Thanks again for all your help in advance

A number of people are having a similar problem today. If you still have access to your old email account you might want to try the workaround posted by Brackers28 here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23020591#23020591.
