Sep 26, 2016 2:51 PM in response to gabriel91gby sarah_s1,Hi gabriel91g,
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community! I understand you're having trouble receiving some notifications on your iPhone. I certainly wouldn't want to miss any information as it came in so I can understand wanting to make sure your notifications are working. I'm happy to help.
The first thing I recommend to try is restarting your iPhone.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once you restart, you can also take a look at the notification settings and make sure that the notifications are set up the way you'd like them to be.Use Notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After checking out the notification settings, take a look at Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Allow Access When Locked. Make sure that 'Turn on Notification View' is toggled on.
Take care.

Oct 5, 2016 7:31 AM in response to gabriel91gby tylerfromcamp hill,★HelpfulI have this exact same problem. I followed the steps recommended above (restarted phone, made sure notification settings were correct in messaging and in Touch ID & Passcode), but that does not work.
I've also tried resetting my settings and restoring from a backup, and that also does not work.

Oct 5, 2016 7:32 AM in response to tylerfromcamp hillby MattiS89,★HelpfulI was trying the same procedure, but still no joy.
Whenever Im on call, Im not getting any notification on the lockscreen. I think it could be iOS 10 "feature" .......

Oct 5, 2016 7:30 AM in response to sarah_s1by gabriel91g,I tried all the steps, but still no luck.
I mean, I can see the notification if I scroll down the notification center, but I refer to the notification I should see in the lock screen without the need of scrolling.
Since I'm not the only one, I think it's an iOS 10 bug.

Oct 5, 2016 8:32 AM in response to gabriel91gby sterling r,Thanks for the update, gabriel91g! If you're still having trouble with your notifications you may want to try resetting your settings. This will not erase any of your personal data, but you may want to back up your iPhone before resetting. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
What Reset All Settings will reset: Date & Time, Background App Refresh, Sounds, Display & Brightness, Wallpaper, Touch ID & Passcode, deregisters iMessage, resets restrictions, removes Apple Pay cards, resets your Wi-Fi network preferences. You'll need your Wi-Fi password in order to reconnect. To reset you can go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
After the phone restarts, you'll need to set those preferences back up and test your notifications out.
Cheers! -
