iPad Pro Video Issue IOS 10.2.1

Recently after updating my iPad Pro 12.9 to iOS 10.2.1, the video icon is Completely gone, and cannot see any video what so ever. Youtube/Netflix working as usual. Have not been able to find any solutions :-( Any help will be appreciated!

Found a few other threads with the same issue, some possible solutions are offered here:


iTunes cannot sync movies or TV shows


Otherwise, you may want to try Resetting the iPad by holding down the home and power / sleep buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on screen.

Actually just restored the iPad...and have the TV App as well...but when I am trying to sync from my mac using iTunes...getting this error - "Apple cannot sync Movies or TV Shows to the iPad because the videos app is not installed. You must download the Videos App from the app store in order to sync movies or TV Shows". :-(
