I have a QuickTime VR of a room, one that spins around the entire room including the floor and ceiling, and I'm trying to figure out a way to make the same content available in Flash with the same coverage - I'm hoping to simply convert the QTVR file into a Flash file or make a Flash file from the stitched composite image that was used to create the original QTVR.

Can anyone recommend an application or a trick to accomplish this?

I've tried a few conversion programs, but they don't quite work. The best result I've come up with is a Flash VR that doesn't look up or down at the ceiling (i.e. like a cylindrical VR), and on top of that, some poles/columns in this same Flash VR look skewed instead of perfectly (and correctly) verticle.
