In either case, iTunes Music Store files are protected from most conversion so you can't do it anyway... UNLESS you expand the mp4 file and burn it to a CDR...then convert the audio on the CDR to mp3. Which would be an awful thing to do to music. Unles it's Creed. In which case, have at it.
