When purchasing from i tunes file comes in as mp4, can you change to mp3 instead so it can be played by window media player

    If you do any type of conversion like that, you are going to further squash the already poor quality (128kbps) file provided by the iTunes Store. Unless you are listening to Creed, I'd highly suggest you not do such a thing.

    In either case, iTunes Music Store files are protected from most conversion so you can't do it anyway... UNLESS you expand the mp4 file and burn it to a CDR...then convert the audio on the CDR to mp3. Which would be an awful thing to do to music. Unles it's Creed. In which case, have at it.
