There once was a FireWire-to-SCSI adapter available. Whether you can actually find one and get it to work is not clear. Which iMac do you have? -

The trick will be to watch carefully for Mac compatibility. Every seller will assume PC, but not every device has Mac drivers.
You'll also have to make sure the SCSI ends are matched or adapted - there are many, many SCSI standard connectors. Once everything is mechanically fitted together, the iMac will likely "see" the drive and mount it.
