We are running a wireless network in our house using two Apple computers, a central AirPort base station and two AirPort extremes, one of which is connected to a music system, allowing us to send music from our computers into the main stereo. Which is great. But I'm confused as to whether this detracts from teh strength of our wireless network. I had hoped that having two AirPort extremes in the house would improve our wireless network, but I believe I read something that said it was EITHER extend the wireless OR run Airtunes. Can someone clarify?

Also, in dealing with Time Warner on trying to improve the speed of our wireless connections, they told me to call Apple and have them "change the settings on the AirPort base station." I didn't know this could be done. Can it?

Thanks so much
