Look at the Powerbook specs on this link & you may be able to determine which one.

Will the PB boot up? What OS is it running? If it will boot, look at the Apple System Profiler under the Apple (left side) Menu. The System Profiler will tell you what processor speed in MHz, the amount of installed RAM & the hard drive size. Once you determine which model & the above info, we can provide an approximate value.
