I have a bunch (38) of emails in drafts saved over the years and some photos and I'd like to delete some or if I have to all of them. I rebuilt. Closed and opened mail, etc but no deletion will stay deleted. Sheesh!

select the specific mailbox, the in the mail menu, go to mailbox>rebuild, and rebuild the mailbox.

    hope this helps

do these have an email address in the "to" field? i would suggest you address them to yourself and see if they will then clear out.

    hope this helps

I had the same problem --- could not delete any draft messages (56 of them) from the Draft Mailbox. Here is a workaround that worked or me:

Create a new mailbox and give it a name such as Temporary.

Select all the draft messages in the Draft Mailbox and move them to the Temporary Mailbox.

    Delete the Temporary Mailbox.

    Cumbersome but it worked.

Here is another work around. Select all of your draft documents and mark them as Junk. This moves them to your Junk folder where you can delete them.
