Currently Being ModeratedJan 25, 2008 1:32 PM (in response to Cheryl P)I have version 2.1.1 which seems to work on my Leopard system. There are other utilities that you will find at VersionTracker or MacUpdate by searching for "vinyl" without the quotes.Mac Pro 2.66 Ghz; MacBook Pro C2D 2.33 Ghz; MacBook Pro 2.16 Ghz, Mac OS X (10.5.1), Intel iMac C2D 17 "; MacBook 2.0 Ghz; 30 GB iPod Video (Black); iPod Nano 2 GB
Wow, I can't believe you're not having any problems with it!
I didn't have any problems with Final Vinyl when I had Tiger, but with Leopard I don't know what's going on with it?
Thanks for your reply.
Is anyone else having problems?
When I emailed Griffin they said they're working on an update, that was in November 2007 and I'm still waiting.
The Imic works with all other programs, Garageband, etc. but not with Final Vinyl, so it's not the imic.
Any suggestions anyone?powerbook G4, Mac OS X (10.5.1)
I am using 10.5.1 and Final Vinyl continuously logs errors to the system.log.
I had used it without problem on 10.4. I sent an example of the errors to Griffin, but who knows when it will be fixed.
Roxio Spin Doctor does actually record the LP input but then crashes when I try to breakup the stream into songs or filter and then save the results.
So I tried Audacity but no luck with that so far.

Just by chance I still had an old version (1.1.2) on my hard drive. Not sure if its still available from Griffin, but it seems to work.MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

I have been using Audacity (a free program) with my Griffin iMic to transfer some of my LP's to CD. It seems to work fine with Leopard on my IMac. It also has many filters to clean up your audio files.
