Currently Being ModeratedApr 15, 2008 4:49 PM (in response to LuvMe,LuvMyiPod)I have a subscription to "My Name is Earl" and just got "Stole a Motorcycle" episode. But it doesn't play on my 5.5G iPod. All the previous episodes played just fine...
I deleted it from my iPod and then reloaded it, but it still does not play on the iPod.
Plays fine on the Mac.G4 dual 1.25GHz, Mac OS X (10.4.11), ( London, UK )
Currently Being ModeratedApr 15, 2008 7:13 PM (in response to LuvMe,LuvMyiPod)I'm having the same problem with Eli Stone. I thought maybe my file got corrupted, so I deleted the first download, and payed to download them again. Didn't work. There seems to be a lot of this going around. Apple needs to get to the bottom of this.
Currently Being ModeratedApr 16, 2008 6:00 AM (in response to mjsbone)I have an iPod 5.5G with the latest v1.3 software.
I have the latest iTunes v7.6.2 under OSX 10.4.11 on a dual G4.
Funny, the previous episodes of My Name is Earl all played just fine, even the two-parter after the long writers' strike delay.
What kind of iPods do you have?
Have any of you reported problems via your iTunes account?G4 dual 1.25GHz, Mac OS X (10.4.11), ( London, UK )
Currently Being ModeratedApr 16, 2008 9:50 PM (in response to William Donelson)I've reported the same problem with a number of other videos on my 5G iPod. I got sent to a page with a bunch of troubleshooting steps (none of which worked), then I got new copis of the shows put in my queue for download and I have the same problem with the new copies.Mac OS X (10.4.3)
Currently Being ModeratedApr 17, 2008 5:11 AM (in response to LuvMe,LuvMyiPod)Same problem here, last 2 Eli Stone Episodes and last Earl Episode won't play on my ipod. Plus the last Episode of The Riches - Season 2 (I own the season pass!) won't even download.

Currently Being ModeratedApr 17, 2008 5:39 AM (in response to Ali Privado)Apple has given me a refund for the episode, and asked that I wait two weeks before re-downloading so they can investigate further. They also gave me a 3-video credit for my hassle.
I must say that the Apple iTunes Store has always been responsive to the occasional difficulty I have, and have always properly provided refunds and "thank you credits".G4 dual 1.25GHz, Mac OS X (10.4.11), ( London, UK )
Currently Being ModeratedApr 17, 2008 5:47 AM (in response to LuvMe,LuvMyiPod)I seem to have the same problem here but it is with my NCIS Season Pass. Never had a problem before but now that the shows are back on, I downloaded last weeks episode--it shows up in my iTunes but will not sync to my iPod. I tried everything and contacted support--they sent that long letter and reset my download. Did everything the letter said and downloaded last week's episode again and also downloaded this week's episode--same thing happened. I have three seasons of NCIS and have never had a problem. The titles of these two episodes show on my iPod but will not play. Any ideas what is going on?Dell Inspiron 8600, Windows XP Pro, 5th Generation 80gb iPod Video (white)
Currently Being ModeratedApr 17, 2008 8:15 AM (in response to LuvMe,LuvMyiPod)I am having the same problem with two of my season passes that recently added new episodes after the writer's strike ended -- Scrubs & Desperate Housewives. Neither of the new episodes will play on my iPod but do play on my computer (MacBook Pro running 10.411).iMac, PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
Currently Being ModeratedApr 17, 2008 8:20 AM (in response to LuvMe,LuvMyiPod)Exact same problem - mine are Bones and Numb3rs. I emailed i-tunes. No reply. Maybe the latest update - that's when my problems started. Played older shows, but not the last 2 I downloaded.gateway

Currently Being ModeratedApr 17, 2008 9:25 AM (in response to William Donelson)Thanks for the instructions on reporting a problem. The Report a Problem link does not look like a link (no color or underscore), so I didn't realize it was a link to enter your problem info. Seems like Apple is trying to make it tricky for users to figure out how to submit a problem. I'll be interested to see what they have to say.MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
