It has been enabled, so I'm not sure if theres another step involved... I'll try manually opening the ports, however, and see how far that gets me. We have verified that the quicktime streaming settings are set to the rate we tested (approx. 1.5Mbps), although iChat still says we have insufficient bandwidth. The Suggestion was that UPnP should be the method used.
If changing to Port Forwarding then UPnP needs to be turned Off.
UPnP is probably the most suitable way of allowing ports as it allows multiple computers to use the same ports whereas Port Forwarding does not.
Regarding settings have these been done on the other end as well ?
